“This never would have happened without the help of the Land Trust. Before I became a Land Trust homeowner, I rented on the West Side for over ten years. Even with a steady job, I couldn't dream of buying a high-quality house.”

A good home, for less.
Less money.
The Land Trust sells quality homes at greatly reduced prices.
We discount the price of newly built or substantially rehabilitated homes, allowing working families in Cleveland to buy a quality home that would otherwise be out of reach.
Less risk.
